Robert Martin

Martin was a skilled sprinter who won the best Junior Male Athlete in the Eastern Canadian Track and Field finals in 1969, and went on to become a Canadian Junior Champion. Martin also raced as an All-American, winning double silver at the 1975 Pan-American games, and held the Canadian record in the 200-metre event. His natural running ability led him to attend the 1972 Munich and 1976 Montreal Olympic Games.
