Brian Kelly

Kelly began representing Canada in track and field when competitions for athletes with Cerebral Palsy were in their infancy. He played a major role in the sport’s early growth and development and went on to travel the globe competing and winning on the track. His honours include winning the Most Outstanding Athlete Award and breaking the world record with his performance in the 20-metre wheelchair event in 1984.
