Robert Rayfield

Robert Rayfield was Vice President and General Manager of the Brantford Junior B Penguins Hockey Club from 1974 to 1982 and the Paris Mounties Junior C Hockey Club from 1987 to 1989.During the 1977-1978 season the Penguins won the South Western Junior B Championships, down 3 games they came back to win 4 straight games. That season the Penguins also played an exhibition game against the Toronto Marlies defeating them 8 to 5. Robert always promoted the importance of combining hockey with education, that season eleven players from the championship team were drafted by various varsity hockey teams.
