Roy Guscott alongside Lockington, Barnes and Baker organized the Roy Guscott, alongside John Lockington, Harvey Barnes and George Baker, organized the Brantford Minor Baseball Association (BMBA) in 1950. Guscott was added to the BMBA Honor Roll in 1971. He was very committed to the BMBA and was a coach or manager for approximately 15 years, and was on the Board of Directors of the BMBA for 10 plus years. Guscott was a part of many different teams who went to accomplish championships; he was the manager for the 1959 Brantford Bantams who won the Intercounty Championship, coached the Welsey Optimists to the pennant for the Intercounty Baseball Association in 1963 as well was the manager for the Brantford Midget All-Stars which won the Intercounty Baseball Association Championship in 1961 and 1962.
