Leo Reise

1993 Inductee – Athlete, Hockey

After serving in World War Two, Reise entered the National Hockey League in 1945 as a Chicago Blackhawk, and was later traded to the Detroit Red Wings. In Detroit, he was selected for the All-Star Team and established himself as a strong playoff player, helping to secure the Stanley Cup win not once, but twice, during the 1950 and 1951 seasons.
