Henry Garbarino

Garbarino was known as the “Mighty Atom” when he played professional football with the Montreal Winged Wheelers in the CFL, from 1926-1934. One of his biggest thrills came when his team won the Grey Cup in 1931. He noted, however, that his most memorable experience was when he caught the very first forward pass that was completed in the history of the Canadian Football League.
