Julie Howard

Howard was an internationally-ranked butterfly and backstroke swimmer who competed in two Olympics games (Barcelona, 1992 and Atlanta, 1996). In Atlanta, she had her best finish, placing fifth with the Canadian relay team. In 1995, she won the silver medal in the 4x100-metre medley relay at the FINA Short Course World Championships.
