Jason Richardson

2009 Inductee – Athlete, Powerlifting

In 2007, Jason Richardson competed in the Special Olympics World Summer Games in Shanghai, China, where he won gold for lifting 330 pounds in the bench press, as well as two silver medals. Despite a lower back injury, he did not let pain get in the way of his determination to reach his gold medal goal.
