Ray Johnson

Johnson was an All-Star football lineman with the University of Western Ontario in the 1950s, and was drafted by the Edmonton Eskimos in 1958. He joined the McMaster University football staff as assistant coach in 1967, and took over as head coach in 1969. He was a strong leader and great role model, who dedicated himself to working with over 20 community groups.
