Isabella Henderson

1996 Inductee – Athlete, Figure Skating

In 1938, Isabella Henderson became the first member of the Kitchener-Waterloo Skating Club, and in 1939 the club’s first Senior Ladies Champion. In 1940, she moved to Brantford and founded the Brant Figure Skating Club. Henderson became a fourth-level judge in 1941, and for many years judged and played a key role in training new judges.
