Liz Hart

Liz Hart is a celebrated figure in Canadian basketball, having grown up in Brantford, Ontario. Her athletic journey began in various sports before she discovered her passion for basketball, rapidly excelling within the Brier's program and subsequently joining the Ontario Basketball Program and the Ontario Provincial Team.
Liz’s career highlights include a bronze medal win at the 1992 Canada Summer Games, playing on the Junior Canadian National Team, and participation in the Senior National Team, achieving a silver medal at the 1999 Pan American Games. Completing her academic and athletic tenure at the University of Toronto, Liz garnered multiple championships and accolades, including the Clara Benson Award and a place in the University of Toronto Sports Hall of Fame.
Following her professional stint in Germany's Deutsche Bundesliga, Liz now contributes to the development of future athletes as a Physical Education teacher and coach in Chattanooga, Tennessee, where she resides with her husband Stephen and their two sons, Titus and Elijah.
